1. FIRS/DRIV Inline Downhill World Championship 2007

Entitlement to start: For persons under the age of 18 years, we need the permission of their parents; everyone who masters at least one braking technique and possesses the recommended protective equipment can take part.

Closing date: Wednesday, July 3rd 2007; late registrations will be accepted up to the day of the event against an increased registration fee.

Division of classes: Male and female

Starting order: According to the starting number, though females at first. No separation of male juniors and gentlemen and female juniors und ladies respectively.

Doping: doping tests are arranged for the riders and will take place randomly. The first two rankings will certainly be tested! The regulations and laws of the FIRS for doping will we inforced!

Competition: The Competition Rules Inline-Alpin-Downhill of DRIV (see at http://www.sk-sia.driv.de and the regulations of IIDA will be in force.

Registration fee: Inline Downhill and Inline Challenge: 75,- Euro (late registration 85,- Euro) will be payable at the registration. Prizes: Cups and material assets for the first three of the German Championship, cups and donations for the first three of the World Championship

Honoured Champion: Only the one who has the German nationality can become German Champion. German Champion will be the best placed German of the World Championship scoring.

World Champion Scoring: There will be two heats; the better will be counted.

Equipment: Integral hard headgear, elbow and knee protectors are compulsory; in addition protectors for back, wrist and palm as well as protecting trousers or dresses are recommended.

Responsibility: Organizer and arranger accept no responsibility with regard to athletes, officials or other persons for accidents or injuries of any kind. Each competitor takes part at his own risk. Furthermore the participants have no rights to photos and/or films of the event.

Barbecue: We will make at Saturday evening a barbecue for all the downhill riders. The costs for the barbecue will be appr. 6,00 Euro/person.

Drivers limitation: 4 x 16 drivers (Longboard, Luge, Buttboard, Dirtsurfer). Date of registration with advance payment is entitling the drivers participation.

Challenge Scoring: Challenge will be organized in Cross runs with 4 drivers in each run. First 2 drivers will move on to the next heat!

8. Klasseneinteilung

Klasse 1 Zackbatsch Cup 1 (7-17 Jahre)

Klasse 2 Zackbatsch Cup 2 (mind. 18 Jahre)

Klasse 3 Bobby-Car (mind. 18 Jahre)

9. Fahrzeuge
Die Seifenkisten müssen mind. 3 Räder haben. Notwendig sind eine funktionierende Lenkung und Bremsen. Die Karosserie kann geschlossen sein, muss aber vom Piloten/Pilotin oder evtl. Beifahrern selbst zu öffnen und zu schließen sein. Die Maximalmaße (inkl. Bremse) betragen: Länge 350 cm, Breite 120cm, Höhe 120 cm, Gewicht 300 kg

Bobbycars:
Der Bobbycarclub Deutschland e.V. hat ein Reglement festgelegt, nach dem die Renn-Cars gearbeitet sein müssen. Danach darf ein Bobbycar 74 cm lang, 50 cm breit, 55 cm hoch und maximal 40 kg schwer sein.
Die Räder dürfen nur einen Durchmesser von 24 cm haben. Zu guter Letzt muss der Original Bobbycar-Körper verbaut sein. Bobby-Car-Piloten müssen einen Motorradhelm und gute Schutzkleidung tragen. Gebremst wird mit den Füßen.

Bei der Meldung sind anzugeben:

- Fahrzeugname oder Teamname

- Pilot /Pilotin

- alle BeifahrerInnen

Startberechtigt sind nur die namentlich genannten Personen für welche eine Verzichtserklärung vorliegt.

11. Startgebühr: Die Startgebühr beträgt 20,00 EURO je Klasse.

12. Bekleidung: Für alle Klassen gelten die folgenden Minimalvorschriften:
Lange Arm- und Beinbekleidung (z.B. Overall), festes Schuhwerk, Schutzhelm (mind. Fahrradhelm), Handschuhe. Empfohlen wird ein Motorradkombi, Motorradhelm und ringsum Protektoren.

13. Technische Abnahme: Ohne technische Abnahme ist ein Start nicht möglich. Die technische Abnahme dient dem Schutz der Rennfahrer, des Personals und der Zuschauer. Sie besteht aus 2 Teilen:

1. Bremstest: Das Fahrzeug legt eine festgelegte Beschleunigungsstrecke zurück und muss innerhalb eines definierten Bremsbereichs zum Stillstand kommen. Dieser Test muss im vollen Renngewicht 2-mal bestanden werden.

2. Allgemeine Abnahme: Allgemeine Begutachtung, Funktionsprüfung der Lenkung, Sicherheitscheck (scharfe Kanten, lose Teile, gefährliche Aufbauten, etc.) Die technischen Kommissare sind heilig. Ihr Wort ist Gesetz. Nur Fahrzeuge mit einer von den Kommissaren signierten Zack-Batsch-Plakette sind startberechtigt.

14. Startnummern/Rennmodus: Es werden jeweils 2 Wertungsläufe gefahren. Die Zeiten beider Läufe werden addiert.

15. Zeitmessung: Die Zeitmessung erfolgt elektronisch. Startsignal akustisch - Zeitnahme mittels Lichtschranke auch am Start.
